Solution(s):

The “Optional TrueType table missing: PCLT” error message is generated by IDAutomation fonts not containing the PCLT table. The presence of this table creates problems with other applications, therefore, IDAutomation has chosen not to include it. The font will work without this table, as it is optional; the error message is only meant as a warning.

The error message “OS/2 table: version not 0/1 but 2” can be corrected by recompiling the font with an old version of the OS/2 table. In addition, an SAP update may be available that supports OS/2 table version 2, which will solve the problem.

To have IDAutomation create a SAP compatible font, an active Priority Support and Upgrade Subscription and a purchase of at least 1 Developer License is required. If the customer has the above requirements, contact IDAutomation with the order ID number and the exact name of the font to convert, then IDAutomation will send the recompiled font.
