The Interleaved 2 of 5 barcode specification is used in IDAutomation Barcode Fonts, Components and Applications to create an Interleaved 2-of-5 MOD10 barcode, which encodes interleaved pairs of numbers to include a MOD-10 check-digit. The correct data for the Interleaved 2 of 5 Mod-10 barcode type is an odd number of digits.
- Using Interleaved 2 of 5 Mod-10 Barcode Fonts with a font encoder returns text formatted to Interleaved 2 of 5 Barcode specifications.
- Using Uni_I2of5 with a universal barcode font encoder returns text formatted to the Universal Barcode Font, the MOD-10 check digit is enabled when the IncludeCheckDigit parameter is true.
- The Interleaved 2 of 5 Mod-10 barcode option in all Components and Applications will produce a barcode image. In some applications, Interleaved 2 of 5 is used with the check-digit option enabled.
- Nat_I2of5Mod10 creates a “Native” barcode from pure text without requiring the installation fonts or components. These options exist in the Native Barcode Generators for Crystal Reports, Access, FileMaker, JavaScript and Oracle Reports. In some native products, Interleaved 2 of 5 is used with the check-digit parameter enabled.
